How is Taylor powered?

The mirror is rechargeable and doesn't require disposable batteries. To charge, please use the provided USB cord and connect it to a power source.

How long will Taylor last after a full charge?

It depends on the frequency of your usage. If you are using your Taylor on a constant brightest light on, it will last up to 3 hours, and at the dimmest light on, it will last up to 10 hours. The auto shut-off does help conserve some energy so it may last for a few days, if your usage is not on a constant high frequency.

Are both sides of Taylor lit up by LED lights?

Only the side with the normal (1X) view is lit up.

What are the dimensions of Taylor and Madison?

Taylor weighs only 190 grams (0.4 pounds) and is very slim (less than 1 inch thick) to fit into any purse or belt bag.

How often should I use Remi?

Any time! We recommend 3 minutes a day of using the Remi anywhere on the face and body, and massaging each area for 30 seconds with it, to relieve tension and improve skin elasticity. Remi comes with an instructions manual which illustrates where to use it on your face/ neck.

What can I fit inside Madison?

Madison - Globetrotter is able to fit up to*: 48 lipsticks, 33 face powders, 6 foundations, 14 eyeshadow palettes, and 86 brushes. Or, if you'd like to use the case for storing or packing your Fancii products for a vacay or event, you can simply remove the dividers and place items like the Isla, Remi, Aeva, compact mirrors and disassemble vanity mirrors to fit models like the Aura GO, Nala or Vera!

Madison - Globetrotter will fit in a full-size suitcase, or you can simply attach to your luggage with its built-in strap on the Madison
