Can I use Torri and Cali in the shower?

Torri is completely water resistant! IPX-5 water resistant design allows for both wet and dry trimming - trims in the shower or trims dry anytime, anywhere. Please don't submerge Torrie fully in water.

Cali however is NOT water resistant, please don't get her wet!

What batteries do these products need?

Torri takes 2 x AA batteries while Cali was designed with a rechargeable battery.

How often should I use Cali?

Cali can be used as often as you like, due to the customizable features included. We recommend using the COARSE heads and HIGH speed settings only for thick, hard calluses as-needed. For daily polishing, we recommend using the FINE head on LOW speed.

Is Torri and Cali safe for all skin types?

Torri
Our hypoallergenic, stainless steel blades are made gentle for all skin types, trim safely on sensitive skin with no pain or irritation.

After using the trimmer, you may notice a slight redness on the skin. Although this is normal, you can avoid skin irritation by moving the trimmer head gently against the direction of hair growth. Do not trim with excessive force. If after three days skin is still irritated, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Cali
Cali comes with 3 different heads so you can customize your foot treatment to the needs of your skin. We don't recommend using Cali on any open wounds.

Can I use Torri to trim wet hair?

Trimming wet hair can make it more challenging to achieve precise cuts but Torri can be used effectively on wet or dry hair!

Is it okay to oil or lather soap into my hair before using Torri to trim?

This is not necessary! We recommend trimming hair as is and then applying your creams and oils afterwards for a silky smooth finish.
