Charlotte Scalp Massager

Choose between the Scalp Massage brush head for itch relief, healthy blood circulation and hair growth stimulation, and the Scalp Cleansing brush head for a deep cleansing and exfoliation. 

You can safely use Charlotte daily on wet or dry hair. We recommend using a pressure that feels comfortable and avoid pressing or pushing too hard against your scalp. 

Charlotte can be quickly and easily disassembled and reassembled for cleaning. Keep your scalp massager in top condition without any hassle, and experience the joy of a fresh and clean hair care routine. To prevent bacterial growth and buildup, it's important to clean the brush regularly. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use and let it air dry. Here are our tips for keeping Charlotte in tip top shape:

1 / The tiny holes on the brush heads may allow water to accumulate in the brush head holder, so it is crucial to remove the brush heads frequently to prevent mold and bacteria build-up in and on the product.
2 / After each use, detach and separate the parts and immerse in warm water. Wash gently between the bristles on the brush heads.
3 / Once cleaned, allow the parts to air dry in a well-ventilated area.
4 / Avoid drying under direct sunlight to prolong the product’s lifespan. 
5 / It is not necessary to clean the product using steel wool, abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or corrosive liquids.
6 / Once dried and if there is still any wet remnant, simply wipe the part with a dry cloth.
7 / Reassemble the parts and store away either hanging it up with the strap or place in a clean, dry area, when not in use.

You may use either brush head, but for an invigorating scalp massage to relax, relieve itch, promote blood circulation and stimulate hair growth, it is recommended to use the Scalp Massage Brush Head.

1 / Place the protective cover on the brush head that is not in use. 
2 / Get into the groove with circular motions, applying gentle pressure as you go. 
3 / Massage your entire scalp, from your hairline to the nape of your neck, using small circular movements. This helps to loosen any dirt or dandruff.
4 / Focus on areas where you feel the tension or discomfort, like your temples, the base of your skull, or your hairline. 
5 / Keep the massage going for a few more minutes and let the brush work its magic by promoting healthy blood flow and encouraging hair growth.
6 / Once you have completed your head and scalp massage, rinse the used brush head with warm water and hang it up to dry.

You may use either brush head, but for a deep cleanse and exfoliation to effectively eliminate stubborn residue from hair while in the shower, it is recommended to use the Scalp Cleansing Brush Head.

1 / Step into the shower and wet your hair thoroughly.  
2 / Place the protective cover on the Scalp Massage Brush Head first. 
3 / Apply your preferred shampoo evenly onto your head, or onto the Scalp Cleansing Brush Head.
4 / Create a lather using the Scalp Cleansing Brush Head, and gently massage your scalp in circular motion. 
5 / Apply gentle pressure and work from the front of your head to the back. While brushing and washing your scalp, the bristle tips should catch any dirt or impurities.
6 / If you would like to add on a head and scalp massage whilst in the shower, switch the protective cover and massage your scalp with the Scalp Massage brush head, till you feel relaxed.
7 / Rinse your hair and scalp thoroughly to clean out any remaining shampoo or residue. 
8 / Gently squeeze out any excess water from your hair and, if desired, follow up with your preferred conditioner. 
9 / Once you have finished your shower, rinse the used brush head(s) with warm water and hang it up to dry.

Do not use the product if you have an open wound, irritation or a scalp condition, as it may exacerbate the problem. While the product is designed to exfoliate and cleanse the scalp, it's important to use it gently. Do not press too hard or use excessive force on your head and scalp, as this can cause discomfort or even injury. 

When using Charlotte with long hair, avoid twirling your hair on the brush head to prevent entanglement of your hair.
