What batteries does Torri take?

Can I safely use Torri in the shower?

Yes! Torri is completely water resistant! IPX-5 water resistant design allows for both wet and dry trimming - trims in the shower or trims dry anytime, anywhere. Please don't submerge Torrie fully in water

Is Torri safe for all skin types?

Our hypoallergenic, stainless steel blades are made gentle for all skin types, trim safely on sensitive skin with no pain or irritation.

After using the trimmer, you may notice a slight redness on the skin. Although this is normal, you can avoid skin irritation by moving the trimmer head gently against the direction of hair growth. Do not trim with excessive force. If after three days skin is still irritated, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Can I trim wet hair?

Trimming wet hair can make it more challenging to achieve precise cuts but Torri can be used effectively on wet or dry hair!

Is it okay to oil or lather soap into my hair before the trim?

This is not necessary! We recommend trimming hair as is and then applying your creams and oils afterwards for a silky smooth finish.

How do I clean the blades?

We recommend rinsing the blades with water and wiping Torri with a damp cloth. Let dry in between each use.

How many heads does Torri come with?

Torri comes with 4 trimmer heads:

Long Hair Trimmer

This head is suitable to trim long and thick hair such as armpits, bikini line, sideburns, etc.

Adjust the Long Hair Trimmer to a suitable angle, place the trimmer blade against the hair you want to cut. Slide the trimmer blade gently and slowly across the direction of hair growth.

Short Hair Trimmer

This head is suitable to trim shorter hair, such as trim hairs after using the Long Trimmer Head, or secondary hair growth.

First trim long hair with the Long Hair Trimmer and then use the Short Hair Trimmer to remove short hair. Trim against the hair growth.

Nose & Ears Trimmer

This Head is suitable to trim nose and ears hair.

Install the Nose & Ears Trimmer head. Gently and slowly insert the tip of the trimmer Head in the entrance of the nose and ears (do not insert it to deep to avoid injuries). Clean the nostril and ear canal after trimming.

Facial Trimmer Head

This trimmer head is suitable to trim facial hair and shape eyebrows.

Install the Facial Trimmer Head and select the appropriate length of the double-sided comb. Trim against the direction of eyebrow growth.

How do I install each head?

Hold Torri with one hand and with the other hand grab the trimmer head. Align the Alignment Indicator on the appliance body with the Disassembly Indicator on the trimmer head and rotate it clockwise until the Alignment Indicator is aligned with the Install Indicator.
