How often should I use each of the skincare toools
When introducing new products into your skincare routine, we always recommend starting small and building up. This allows you to test how your skin reacts to each new device, and be able to adjust as needed for your personalized best results. We recommend starting each product on a low intensity setting, and increasing/decreasing the frequency and intensity based on how your skin responds.
Recommended starting frequency: 1X/day with Isla for normal/oily skin types or 1-2x/week for dry/sensitive skin types, 1X/week with Rivo, 1X/day with Remi. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@fancii.com <3
What are the two sides of Isla used for?
Isla has two surfaces. The surface on the same side as the power and speed buttons is for gentle cleansing, whilst the finer nodules located on the back are designed for using on your T-Zone area for a deeper clean.
Do I need to use all 6 treatment settings on Rivo for results?
No, you can switch between the different settings depending on how much time you want to spend using Rivo, your skin concern, the season (eg, dry skin in winter) and your desired experience.
When can I expect to see results?
After your first treatment, you can expect softer, smoother, clearer, more hydrated skin with the Glow Getter Ritual. After eight to twelve weeks of consistent use, you may see a reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation (individual results may vary.)
Is Isla waterproof? Can I use it in the shower?
Isla’s IPX6 water-resistant design means you can use this device in the bath and shower, as well as clean it simply by running the head under tap water, but it cannot be submerged underwater.
Do dermatologists recommend these devices?
Yes! In fact, one dermatologist (Dr. Ava Shamban, M.D.) on silicone facial brushes (like our Isla!): "I recommend [them] to my patients. It has soft silicone nubs for bristles which are non-abrasive, antimicrobial, and antibacterial. They gently exfoliate skin and remove dirt, oil, and all makeup or environmental sludge. The other side is a low-frequency massage tool for stimulation and to assist with product absorption.”
