How long do the LED lights last?

Unlike traditional bulbs, our long-lasting LED lights won’t burn out or diminish, with over 20,000 hours of use.

Are both sides of the LUMI mirror lit up by LED lights?

Only the side with the 1X mirror lights up. We designed it this way around so there is more mirror surface on the magnified side to see closeups of your reflection, by adding another light Lumi would be heavier and the glass surface would be smaller!

What batteries does the LUMI take?

The Lumi compact mirror requires four (4) CR2032 batteries, which are already pre-installed in the device.

How do I replace the batteries for the LUMI?

To replace the batteries do the following:

Find the battery compartment located on the back of the mirror. Use your finger to gently pull the battery compartment cover to open it.
Take out the old batteries and replace them with four (x4) CR2032 button batteries. Ensure batteries are placed with the positive side (+) facing up.
Replace battery compartment cover by sliding it back into place.
