How long will it take to get my order?
Expect to meet your new products in 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that current COVID restrictions may cause a delay in usual delivery times.

How often should I use each of the tools?
When introducing new products into your skincare routine, we always eecommend starting small and building up. This allows you to test how your skin reacts to each new device, and be able to adjust as needed for your personalized best results. We recommend starting each product on a low intensity setting, and increasing/decreasing the frequency and intensity based on how your skin responds. Recommended starting frequency: 1X/day with Isla, 1X/week with Rivo, 1X/week with Clara, 1X/day with Remi. Great question! Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types, and customizable for those with delicate or reactive skin. Each product contains a detailed manual that provides individualized suggestions pertaining to your skin goals or concerns. When can I expect to see results?
After your first treatment, you can expect softer, smoother, clearer, more hydrated skin with the Royal Ritual. After eight to twelve weeks of consistent use, you may see a reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation (individual results may vary.).

Do dermatologists recommend these devices?
Yes! In fact, one dermatologist (Joshua Zeichner, M.D.) further explains that regular use can improve radiance of the skin, similar to the effect of a treatment like microdermabrasion. He also added that we should opt for ones that have different levels of suction power - just like our Clara Pore Cleansing Tool! Another dermatologist (Dr. Ava Shamban, M.D.) on silicone facial brushes (like our Isla!): "I recommend [them] to my patients. It has soft silicone nubs for bristles which are non-abrasive, antimicrobial, and antibacterial. They gently exfoliate skin and remove dirt, oil, and all makeup or environmental sludge.
