My mirror doesn't hold to any surface. How do I attach it?

First of all, ensure the suction mechanism is unlocked by turning it in a counter-clockwise direction. Place the suction cup on a clean, smooth, flat surface. Press down firmly to ensure a tight seal. Turn the suction mechanism clockwise to lock the mirror into place. Please note that your mirror will not stick to surfaces such as drywall, wallpapers, stucco, or any textured walls.

How do I get the batteries installed to the mirror?

  1. The battery compartment is located on the backside of the mirror. Gently slide the cover up to open it.
  2. Insert three (3) AA batteries into the battery compartment. Battery positions are indicated inside the compartment.
  3. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into place.
  4. Your makeup mirror is now ready for use.

Can I use my mirror in the shower?

The mirror is not waterproof. To protect against electrical hazards, do not use while bathing or in the shower.

Will this mirror stand up straight on a vanity table?

The mirror is designed to be suctioned to such surfaces as mirror, ceramic, marble, acrylic, porcelain and enamel. However, some of our customers have mentioned that they use this mirror for their vanity tables and do not use the suction cup, simply let is stand by itself. And it seems to work just fine!


I can't find the right bottle for my humidifier, what should I do?

Make sure you are using the small adapter that comes inside the box. Attach this adapter to the humidifier and then screw on the water bottle. If the bottles you are using are not working, please use a 591 ml Coca-cola bottle which you can buy from any convenience store - it will definitely work!

How often should I change the water filters?

You should change the filters every 1 - 2 months. You can buy additional filters here on our website or from our store on Amazon.

Do I need to use filters if I'm using purified water?

If you never change the filter, bacteria can build up after a long period of time.

Does it work with essential oil?

To prevent any damage, this humidifier should be used with water only.

Is my facial brush waterproof? Can I use it in the shower?

Yes, you can use your facial brush in the shower as it is waterproof, just make sure that the battery compartment is locked and secured. However, please do not leave it emerged in water for a long time as it might still do some damage to the unit.

What is the purpose of each brush head?

  • Facial Cleansing Brush: For daily deep cleansing and help reduce acne breakouts.
  • Silicone Face Brush: More gentle for people with sensitive skin.
  • Large Body Brush: Scrub your back and other hard-to-reach places on your body.
  • Exfoliating Foam Head: For microdermabrasion use, twice weekly. Helps polish your face for a silkier, smoother-feeling skin.
  • Rolling Massager: Improves blood circulation and skin elasticity, which stimulates collagen production and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Pumice Stone: Removes rough patches of skin from hands or feet.


Why does my brush slow down when I press it against my skin?

The brush is designed to slow down when pressed too much because otherwise it may do damage to your skin. Just select the right brush head and it will work efficiently without any pressure.


The light flickers when turned on. What should I do?

If the light is flickering or does not turn on, check the batteries or try inserting new ones. If the issue still occurs,it might be that you have received a defective unit. In such case, please contact our Support Team, they will solve the problem right away.

Image is upside down. Is my magnifier defective?

All strong magnifiers have this tendency of rotating the image upside down if they are not held close enough to the object. Try holding it at 1-2 inches distance and then slowly pulling it away until you get a clear image.

How do I focus my loupe?

First, place the loupe directly onto the object (or it may go inside the clear plastic if it is a small object, like a ring). Slowly turn the black part of your magnifier counter-clockwise until you get a clear focused image.

There are scratches on my new magnifier. What should I do?

Please make sure that the protective film has been removed. If it is still there, it may give the illusion of scratches. Otherwise, we will send a replacement unit to you free of charge if this product is in fact damaged.
