What are the two sides of Isla used for?+

Isla has two surfaces. The surface on the same side as the power and speed buttons is for gentle cleansing, whilst the finer nodules located on the back are designed for using on your T-Zone area for a deeper clean.

Is Isla waterproof? Can I use it in the shower?+

Isla’s IPX6 water-resistant design means you can use this device in the bath and shower, as well as clean it simply by running the head under tap water, but it cannot be submerged underwater.

How often should I use Isla?+

Isla is perfect for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. Use Isla up to twice a day, am and pm, with a foaming cleanser. Adjust the power intensity to suit your preference.

How do I clean Isla?+

You should clean your Isla thoroughly after every use to prevent residue and bacteria build-up. Isla is water-resistant with an IPX6 rating, which means it can be used under running water such as showers but please do not submerge underwater. Run warm water over the Isla and clean between the bristles with warm, soapy water. Rinse and gently pat dry the brush head with a clean towel or lint-free cloth. Leave Isla out for a few hours in a cool dry place before storing it away in a cupboard or drawer.
