How big is the GALA mirror, and how heavy is it?

The Gala is best displayed and stands elegantly on any table or counter top. The 1X mirror measures 6.3" (160mm) wide by 9" (229mm) tall. Including the stand and base, Gala stands at 7.9" (200mm) wide by 15" (381mm) tall, and the depth of the stand is 4.53" (115mm). The 10X pull-out mirror measures 3.0" (76mm) wide by 2.2" (57mm) long. Gala weighs ‎1.27 kg (2.8 pounds or 44.8 ounces).

How is the GALA powered, and how long do the LEDs last?

The Gala mirror is dual powered, which means to power the mirror light, you can either have the USB cable stay connected with the mirror to a power source, or use it cordless by inserting 4 AA batteries. To turn the mirror light on, press the power button at the back of the mirror before tapping on the button on the front of the mirror. Unlike traditional bulbs, our LED lights won’t burn out or diminish and have over 20,000 hours of use.

How do I adjust the brightness of the light on the GALA?

Tap on the touch-sensitive button on the front of the mirror to either brighten or dim the LED light. Press and hold till the mirror light reaches the desired brightness.

I installed the GALA the other way round. How do I detach the base of the GALA?

Simply move the connection side to side and pull. It may be tight especially if you just received your mirror. Exert a little more force to pull it from the base. You can also wiggle the stand more forcefully and try to pull it out (back and forth, side to side). This will require some effort but don't worry, the mirror won't break.

How do I pull out the side mirror from the GALA?

If you just received your Gala, it may appear that the 10X side mirror is firmly seated in the slot. You may want to exert more force and move it while pulling out the side mirror.
