I am revising a previous review I made that wasn’t favorable. I received excellent customer service from Fancii in replacing a defective mirror with one that works great. Their customer service team actually reached out to me based on my less than satisfactory review. They were totally concerned about my satisfaction with their product. You don’t see that level of customer service very often. The new mirror holds its position when adjusted. The mirror is very clear and the magnified pullout is very sharp. Wonderful makeup mirror.

Received my mirror yesterday. It came securely packaged with instructions on how to use it and a thank you note. A nice touch. I have to say I love the mirror! I was thinking that maybe I should of ordered a mirror that was two sided for the magnifying side, but that little mirror included for close ups is perfect. I love the lights and the on and off switch on the back to secure that the mirror doesn’t turn on accidentally if bumped, and waste the batteries. Such a cute smart design! I love it! Thank you!

Awesome mirror..size is perfect to get your makeup and creams on and if you need little close up the cute mirror pops out at top to get a closer view..has a few small spaces on base to put your things..also the mirror moves to have it longer or wider whichever way you want your mirror to go..love love this and is a must have..great lighting if you need as well..you'll be so happy you bought it..

I've been needing a magnification mirror for quite a while, and when I found this one I was pretty interested. I've been using the Gala for a few weeks and can honestly say that I fell in love!! The LED lights are similar to daylight lighting so applying on my makeup doesn't look completely different lol. Also, I usually like to have my everyday makeup and tools out - but since the mirror has a storage part to it, I'm able to place my favourite lipsticks, and small eyeshadow palettes in it!
