October is here! With Halloween just around the corner, there’s no doubt that Fall is in full swing. Cue scary movie marathons and endless makeup tutorials…



If you’re not one for getting caught up in the Fall festivities then it’s the perfect time of year to focus on self care. Even if the month of ghosts and ghouls is what you live for, as the days draw to a close sooner and the cooler weather draws in self-care is more important than ever.



The lack of sunshine and daylight can be detrimental to our well being so show yourself some much-needed TLC this Fall for a healthier mind. Here’s how you can make it all about YOU this month...

Self Care Tip 1: Read a Book

If you’re anything like us, you’ve probably had Netflix streaming year round. So much so that books seem like a distant memory. Sure, technology is useful, but all that screen time can lead to us feeling energy-zapped and overwhelmed.

Take a step back and cozy up on the couch with a good book this Fall. If you’re not into self-help books then get lost in a world of fiction to give your mind a break from social media overload.

Self Care Tip 2: Light a Fall Candle
